As part of our business expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Program Administrator . Coming on board as a Program Administrator , you will be the section’s point of contact between the organization and the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact to customer
• Monitor customer account/project in terms of manufacturing issues, engineering, and quality issues
• Analyze customer forecast with Scheduler/Planner and plan out the shop-floor execution to meet a customer schedule.
• Collaborate across departments to determine materials requirements and meeting the production plan effectively.
• Maintain pricing databases and ensure pricing information is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualification

• Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years (s) of working experience in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience in costing will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
• Experience in EMS Industry will be an advantage.
• Good command of Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
