Location: Kuching, Sarawak

Job Descriptions:

• Lead and oversee multiple M&E construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Director on business development initiatives and tender strategies.
• Participate in tender submissions, project proposals, and client presentations.
• Drive cost control measures, project profitability, and overall operational performance.
• Manage, guide, and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 10 years of relevant experience in the M&E construction industry.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and leading project teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of costing, tendering, and overall project execution.
• Ability to engage with clients and contribute to business growth strategies.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
