Job description: We are looking for a Revit Drafter with solid experience in as-built drawings across multiple disciplines to join our team. Job Responsibilities -Prepare and update as-built drawings (2D & 3D) using Revit and AutoCAD -Produce accurate working drawings and construction drawings -Coordinate drawings across disciplines (Architectural, Structural & M&E) -Ensure all drawings are up-to-date, well-organized, and properly documented -Assist with authority submissions, including BOMBA -Work closely with the project team to ensure accuracy of site information Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Drafter / BIM Drafter Proficient in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD Strong experience in as-built drawings for multi-discipline projects Good understanding of coordination between Architectural, Structural & M&E drawings Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team Added Advantage Experience in renovation / upgrading / existing building projects Familiar with authority submission processes
