About the Role

We're looking for a driven and organised Catering Executive to join our growing catering team. This role sits across operations, sales, and customer service: managing events, delighting customers and making sure every catering experience runs flawlessly. If you're someone who loves food, people and getting things done, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end catering process: from order processing and event setup to tear down and follow-up
  
• Be the go-to person for customer enquiries, events and complaints, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and on time
  
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times
  
Support the team on catering projects and ad-hoc tasks as the business grows

• Highly organised and independent, you can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
  
• A natural communicator, confident in both written and spoken English
