Coordinating the deployment of global program (CRM/CxM transformation) across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing regional requirements.
Developing and managing integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Acting as the primary point of contact between global teams and regional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and execution.
Tracking program progress, managing issues and escalations, and ensuring timely delivery against agreed objectives.
Supporting change management, adoption, and readiness activities associated with global program rollouts.
Providing regular status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to regional and global leadership.
Driving governance, compliance, and standardization across program while enabling flexibility where required
Preferred experience in Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise-wide CRM rollouts , with 12+ years of program management experience and profiles with experiences in Life Sciences Companies.
