Are you a fresh grad? Be one of our Future Talent Leaders!
We're not looking for someone who wants to manage from a desk. We want the ones who get their hands dirty, lead from the front, and build something real.
1️⃣ Master Every Station: Start by doing the work. Bake, serve, clean — until you know every station better than the crew.
2️⃣ Shadow the Leaders: Work side by side with our best Store Managers to learn P&L, staffing, and daily operations.
3️⃣ Take Charge Early: Run shifts during peak hours. We want to see how you handle pressure when the queue is long.
4️⃣ Accelerated Growth: A structured path that moves you into management while your peers are still in entry-level roles.
We're looking for the top 10% — the ones who want to lead, not just follow.

REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduate (any discipline) — no F&B experience needed
Hungry to learn, willing to start from scratch, driven by ambition
Natural people person with strong communication skills
Open to shift work including weekends and public holidays
High energy, resilient, ready for a fast-paced environment
