We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Partnerships Advisor to support strategic partnership initiatives and program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential partners aligned with program objectives.
• Manage partnership activities from prospecting through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and program-related activities.
• Support marketing, awareness, and partnership initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends, innovation developments, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program success.
• Provide operational and administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or diploma in Maritime, Business, or related discipline.
• Around 5 years of maritime industry experience, preferably in partnerships, sales, or business development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong organizational and research capabilities with attention to detail.
