Role Overview

We are looking for Web Developers to build, enhance, and maintain a Python/Django-based application focused on monitoring, alerting, and reporting. The role involves working across the full development lifecycle and collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python 3 and Django
• Participate in end-to-end SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and finalize requirements
• Build and support backend services and frontend components
• Ensure code quality and timely delivery in an Agile environment
• Provide production support and implement enhancements

Skill Requirements

Must Have

• Strong experience in Python 3 and Django
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting
• Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server
• Understanding of web application architecture
• Experience in full software development lifecycle

Good to Have

• Experience with REST APIs
• Exposure to React / Angular / Vue.js
• Understanding of monitoring or alerting systems
• Experience in enterprise or banking environments
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
