Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for and stored in their designated locations.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, verifying order details against product codes and quantities to minimize errors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the stockroom and warehouse areas, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking procedures, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the supervisor promptly.
Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods as needed.
Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage during transit.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery schedules in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
No prior work experience is necessary; this is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates.
Ability to operate a forklift is a significant advantage.
Must be capable of lifting and moving heavy items as part of daily duties.
Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for communication with colleagues and customers.
Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Johor Bahru branch.
