Responsibility:

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are accounted for and stored in their designated locations.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, verifying order details against product codes and quantities to minimize errors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the stockroom and warehouse areas, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking procedures, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the supervisor promptly.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently to move, stack, and retrieve goods as needed.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage during transit.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding stock availability, order status, and delivery schedules in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
• No prior work experience is necessary; this is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates.
• Ability to operate a forklift is a significant advantage.
• Must be capable of lifting and moving heavy items as part of daily duties.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential for communication with colleagues and customers.
• Willingness to work full-time onsite at the Johor Bahru branch.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued for this role.
