The Role

We need a Digital Marketing Specialist to own how NGLTech and Verdygen show up — LinkedIn, website, company profile book, proposal templates, brand collateral, the works.

You will report directly to the BD & Technology team/s. You will have access to NGLTech's (AI) accounts — use them as your co-pilot to design faster, learn the technical depth, and produce more.

Fast-paced, high-output, in-office. Not for everyone.

What You'll Do

• Own NGLTech's LinkedIn — content, scheduling, lead handover to BD
• Design across digital and print — social, infographics, company profile book, exhibition collateral
• Build fixed proposal templates (Word, PowerPoint) for engineering and BD
• Maintain and update the NGLTech and Verdygen websites
• Help build the NGLTech Digital Marketing — scheduled posts, templates, audience targeting, operated by you.
• Represent NGLTech at client meetings, exhibitions, and BD events when needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in digital marketing / brand / design (strong fresh graduates welcome)
• Expert in Canva; fluent in Adobe Suite, Figma, and AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Claude)
• LinkedIn marketing experience
• Sharp written English
• Presentable, articulate, comfortable in a high-pressure environment
• Genuinely curious about energy and green tech

Terms

• 3–6 month contract, full-time, in-office at NGLTech HQ Kuala Lumpur
• RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 / month based on experience
• Path to permanent role with revised compensation based on performance
