Key Responsibilities
Intelligence and Risk Analysis
- Develop intelligence products that identify trends, patterns, and emerging threats.
- Analyse data from incident systems, investigative platforms, and enterprise databases.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for operational and executive decision making.
- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk mitigation strategies aligned with business priorities.
Investigations and Evidence Support
- Support investigations through structured analysis and data correlation across multiple sources.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and evidentiary packages.
- Work closely with Surveillance and Investigations to enhance case outcomes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and evidentiary integrity at all times.
Executive and Operational Support
- Provide timely intelligence updates to the VP Security & relevant stakeholders.
- Support incident response through real-time analysis and situational awareness.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including command centre operations and business continuity planning.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across operational and executive teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor on data-driven risk and security insights.
- Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Degree in data analytics, intelligence, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Experience in intelligence, investigations, surveillance, or risk analysis.
- Exposure to law enforcement, regulatory environments, or large-scale operations is highly regarded.
Technical Capability
- Experience with analytical tools and data visualisation platforms preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex, multi-source data sets.
