Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to support Project Managers to achieve successful project management.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions.
- Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Coordinate and supervise site work including liase with sub-contractors and supplier
- Liase with project manager, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project’s progress and any issues or concern
- Identify and resolve any problems or conflicts that arise during construction, taking prompt action to minimize disruptions
- Monitor and adherence to Safety and Health regulations and procedure at site
- Coordinate with internal department for any purchasing purpose
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation related to the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and expenditures.
- To assist Project Manager in prepare Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, As-Built Drawing.
- Work with Project Administrator deliverables (i.e. meeting minutes; budget tracking; schedule updates; move management; closeout).
- Support other team members to achieve departmental goals and objective
- To attend site visit or perform site recce
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural, Civil or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Solid organization skills, including multitasking and time management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Willing to travel and able to work independently / under minimal supervision
- Night work may require, depends on site requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in SketchUp and 3D Max or equivalent is an advantage
