Job Summary
Partnership Executive will be responsible for expanding our merchant network and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new business partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for merchants, guiding them through the onboarding process, advising them on payment solutions (POS, E-commerce, Mobile Payments), and ensuring they have the tools necessary to accept payments securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential partners/merchants across various sectors (Retail, F&B, Hospitality, etc.) to expand the company’s market share.
- Consult with partners or businesses to understand their payment needs and recommend appropriate hardware and software solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end partners/merchant onboarding process, ensuring all "Know Your Customer" (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) documentation is accurate.
- Maintain a portfolio of existing partners/merchants, conducting regular reviews to ensure satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on payment industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging technologies (like QR payments or BNPL) to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or higher, any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with experience in merchant acquiring business or sales will have an added advantage.
- Able to work under tight schedule and self-disciplined.
- Computer literate
- Proactive and a team player
- Have good communication, presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
