We're seeking ambitious candidates for our exclusive 1.5-Day Wealth Career Associate Programme, designed as a direct pathway to joining Melbourne Capital Group as a Business Development Executive.  

Our 1.5‑Day Wealth Career Associate Programme is designed to introduce aspiring business development professionals to the fast-paced world of private wealth. This immersive experience offers a deep dive into how we grow client relationships, source prospects, and build the foundations of a long-term career in financial advisory. 

Date: 4th & 5th June 2026.

Location: Melbourne Capital Group, Kuala Lumpur 

1.5 days + optional 1‑week shadowing 

Purpose 

This programme is tailored for those interested in a sales-oriented pathway within the financial services sector. Whether you’re fresh out of university or looking to pivot into a more dynamic role, this is your opportunity to:  

• Discover how client acquisition fuels success in wealth management  
• Learn the foundational skills of relationship building and outreach  
• Understand the career progression from business development to financial advisor  
• Experience our company culture and see if it’s the right fit for you  

What You’ll Experience 

Over the course of two days, you’ll:  

• Learn how Melbourne Capital Group supports high-net-worth clients across Asia  
• Gain exposure to tools and techniques used to identify and approach new prospects  
• Participate in interactive workshops focused on communication and positioning  
• Receive practical training in sales conversations and client introductions  
• Take part in a closing assessment to put your new skills to the test  

Selected participants will be invited to return for a one-week shadowing experience with our advisory team. Candidates who demonstrate strong potential may receive a job offer to join as a Business Development Executive, with a structured pathway to become a licensed financial advisor.
