The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and movement of goods. This role leads a team of warehouse staff, ensures compliance with safety and operational standards, and supports timely service delivery in line with Crown Worldwide’s operational excellence and values.

Warehouse Operations
- Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation, stock checks, and system updates.
- Monitor workflow and productivity to meet operational targets and service timelines.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, including high‑value or sensitive items where applicable.
People & Team Supervision
- Allocate tasks and supervise warehouse staff across shifts.
- Provide on‑the‑job training and guidance on safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and work performance.
- Support coaching, performance improvement, and team development.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, audit requirements, and customer standards.
- Investigate incidents or operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Transport, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, space utilisation, and work processes.
- Support operational initiatives, system usage, and process improvements.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare operational reports on productivity, inventory status, and incidents.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for warehouse operations.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Experience supervising frontline or blue‑collar teams.
- Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety procedures.
- Basic computer skills (warehouse systems, reporting, MS Excel).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Forklift licence or relevant safety certifications.
