Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Development & Architecture: Design and code enterprise-level Java applications (Spring Boot, React.js), translate business requirements into technical specs and deliver from ideation to production.

• Technical Leadership: Hands-on code reviews, debugging complex issues and guide programmers through enhancements, troubleshooting and implementation.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with BAs, UX/UI, QA, and IT teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions (SQL/Oracle/MySQL).

• Project Oversight: Lead programming teams, draft and maintain technical documentation and track progress for supervisors.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT.

• At least 4 years hands-on Java coding experience (hands-on coding required).

• All-round technical skills: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, system design/architecture, hands-on troubleshooting/debugging.

• Government system development project experience a plus; strong documentation, communication and team leadership.

• Quick learner who thrives in collaborative environments—coding + leading + problem-solving.
