Job Description
01 Office & Warehouse Administrative Support
- Provide daily operational administrative support and task coordination
- Manage inbound/outbound documentation — POD and Delivery Document filing
- Handle and maintain Invoice / DO / WO / CIPL records
- Operate document filing system and maintain version history
- Prepare and support customer-facing reports and submissions
- Draft meeting minutes and manage follow-up action items
02 Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies and safety equipment
- Collect and evaluate vendor quotations
- Prepare purchase requisitions and manage approval workflows
- Confirm deliveries and conduct physical goods inspection
03 EHS & Compliance Support
- Manage Safety Training schedules and track completion status
- Maintain 5S Checklists and coordinate periodic inspections
- Support Incident Report documentation and record keeping
- Manage Waste Disposal procedures and associated documentation
- Track statutory training requirements and certification renewal dates
04 Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare and distribute Daily / Weekly / Monthly operational reports
- Collect, organize, and assist in KPI data analysis
- Consolidate and manage Overtime (OT) cost tracking
- Support preparation of Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials
- Compile and distribute ad-hoc management-requested data
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign by superior.
Requirements
- Team work oriented
- Able to converse in English
- 1 year and above warehouse experience
- Positive work attitude, punctuality, and reliability, committed & diligent
- Location: Pioneer Walk
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, alternate Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm
