岗位职责

  • Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products
  • Providing customer support to sales team and handling all enquiries via phone call or email
  • Assist the sales team in preparing the presentation and related sales materials.
  • Liaise closely with internal departments to resolve any issues faced during operation
  • Coordinating and preparing of documents such as shipping booking, sales order, and invoices
  • Assisting Customer Service Manager in all daily operations and duties
  • Attend the sales meeting with the sales manager and prepare the meeting report
  • Conduct the market research and prepare a list of potential customer list.
