Job Scope

• Perform daily quality checks and inspections on raw materials, production processes, finished goods & returned goods.
• Perform daily hygiene inspection to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (e.g., SFA, ISO, HACCP).
• Monitor temperature, cleanliness, packaging, labeling, and shelf-life during inspections.
• Supervise a team of hygiene officers to ensure cleanliness (machinery, processing area etc.)
• Monitor usage and replenish stocks of cleaning compound and sanitizers.
• Report and record non-conformities; work with production to investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate QC documentation and inspection records.
• Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), personal hygiene, and proper handling procedures among production staff.
• Assist in training production line staff on daily incoming/outgoing product inspection, in process and end product inspection.
• Support hygiene training and improvement initiatives related to food safety and quality control
• Preferably from Food Manufacturing industry.
• 5 Day week (inclusive of Saturdays / Public Holidays)
