Job scope:
Sales & Order Management
* Process online orders
* Update order status and tracking
* Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges
* Monitor stock availability
Customer Service
* Reply customer enquiries through chat, email, or phone
* Handle complaints and feedback
* Provide product information and recommendations
Product Listing
* Upload new products to platforms Shopify.
* Update prices, descriptions, and photos
* Ensure product information is accurate
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
* Check stock levels
* Coordinate with warehouse or suppliers
* Arrange packing and shipping
Marketing Support
* Assist with online promotions and campaigns
* Prepare vouchers or discount setups
* Help manage social media postings and live sales
Reporting & Administration
* Prepare sales reports
* Track daily performance
* Maintain customer and product records
Skills Usually Required
* Basic computer skills
* Good communication
* Familiar with e-commerce platforms
* Attention to detail
* Able to multitask
