Our client is a leading global semiconductor distributor with a strong presence across Asia, as well as in Europe and the Americas. The company delivers advanced supply chain solutions to clients in the communications, computing, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Coordinate daily receiving, storage, and shipping of goods to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale
Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accurate inventory records
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct training, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment
Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by improving warehouse layout, reducing costs, and implementing best practices
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure warehouse machinery and equipment are properly maintained


Requirements:

GCE A Levels / Diploma
Knowledge on the usage of SAP / EWM / Autostore system will be an added advantage
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
