WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
FLEET OPERATION

Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.

Ensure timely processing of customer orders and delivery schedules.

Maintain warehouse organization and optimize storage space utilization.

Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance with company policies.

Prepare operational reports related to inventory, shipment status, and warehouse performance.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.

Supervise warehouse assistants and support staff when required.

Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to minimize damage or loss.

Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.

Coordinate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
