Job Overview
Support the Process Development team in the processing, fabrication, and characterization of optical microstructures, ensuring accurate execution of experiments and consistent data collection to enable development and optimization activities
Job Responsibilities
- Perform standard process runs using advanced optical processing tools in a cleanroom environment, ensuring safe and consistent execution.
- Conduct optical characterization and alignment using automated optical alignment stations and related equipment.
- Carry out automated optical inspection and surface characterization, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
- Coordinate process logistics, including raising work orders, tracking materials, and supporting procurement activities for development work.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, site protocols, and detailed work instructions while reporting any process deviations or abnormalities promptly.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: ITE or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Science & Technology, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment, preferably involving technical or cleanroom work. (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, good communication skills, and willingness to work shifts (including night shifts) and overtime when required.
