Requirement

• One year of relevant working experience preferably in Monitoring /Support Operations
• Applicants must be willing to work 12 hours shift (rotation of 4 days work and 4 days off)
• Basic knowledge of various network , server and operating systems is preferable
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with minimum of 1 year working experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective 24 x 7 Network monitoring by the pre-agreed OLA/SLA
• 24 x 7 platform monitoring by the pre-agreed OLA/SLA
• 24 x 7 Application Services Monitoring by the pre-agreed OLA/SLA
• 1st level troubleshooting /resolution of event detected within the stipulated time
• Develop self in terms of skill, technology and operational knowledge
