Security Supervisor (8 Openings – East, West & Central)

Locations: East, West, Central Singapore

Salary: SGD 3,890/month (SS PWM 2026 + $200)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are a licensed security agency seeking dedicated Security Supervisors to oversee site operations across multiple regions. You will play a key role in ensuring safety, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security officers at assigned sites
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Handle incident reporting and escalation
• Liaise with clients and management on security matters
• Support training and performance development of officers

Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security Licence (Supervisor grade)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the security industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work shifts, including weekends/public holidays
