Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/Warehouse
• Position Title: Operations Executive
• Working Location: Clementi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and customers to meet demand.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• Optimize processes for inventory management and shipment handling.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in shipping and receiving processes.

• A minimum qualification of GCE O Level/Nitec
• At least 1 year of experience in an operations executive role, focusing on logistics.
• Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing logistics operations.
