Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical HR Analyst to support the HR department in manpower costing analysis, HR reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role requires strong Excel skills, high accuracy in handling P&C data, and the ability to provide insights to support business and workforce decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze manpower costing, headcount reports, budget tracking, and workforce analytics.
- Manage and maintain HR databases, employee records, and P&C reports with high confidentiality and accuracy.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements for HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Support HR digitalization and process automation initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and manpower trends.
- Work closely with Finance and department heads on manpower planning and budgeting.
- Support payroll administration processes and ensure accuracy of payroll-related data.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR operational and analytical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, reporting).
- Experience using HRIS or payroll systems.
- Experienced in handling large volume of HR/P&C data with strong attention to detail.
- Familiar with payroll processes and manpower costing analysis.
- Good understanding of HR operational processes and process improvement.
