Responsibilities
Company Overview
NYK ENERGY OCEAN SHIPMANAGEMENT PTE. LTD is an established ship manager specializing in marine safety operations and quality management systems of vessels under management.
Job Summary
Support the maintenance and audit processes of the company’s ISM and Quality Systems, manage key performance indicators, and coordinate management review meetings to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update the company’s ISM and Quality Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation and facilitating audit activities
Schedule and coordinate Management Review Meetings for ISM/Quality, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes accurately
Monitor, analyze, and update Company Key Performance Indicators quarterly and yearly to track operational performance
Identify trends in Key Performance Indicators to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement
Perform additional duties assigned by superiors and top management to support company operations and compliance
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma in Marine Engineering, Maritime Business, or Maritime Studies
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the marine industry
Familiarity with ISM Code, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015 standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of ship management operations
