Role Description

This is a full-time & part time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent based in Muar, Johor, Malaysia, offering flexibility to work both onsite and remotely. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on suitable insurance products, performing insurance sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting them with their policy needs. The role involves understanding finances, managing insurance brokerage-related tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service to meet both customer needs and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Finance concepts and principles applicable to the insurance industry
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independentlyu
• Proficiency in using technological tools to manage client information and documentation
• Min SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or equivalent
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage
• Ability to adapt to hybrid work arrangements and balance in-office and remote responsibilities
