As part of our Commercial Team in Malaysia, you will be responsible for driving the business growth of the Fragrances business with key strategic accounts and with new customers prospects.

In this exciting role, you will

• Identify and develop new potential customers prospects for the Fragrances business.
• Drive significant growth with targeted and strategic customers by developing strong commercial relationships, identifying new opportunities and by demonstrating an excellent level of service and support.
• Define account strategies by acquiring a deep understanding of the customers strategy and needs.
• Collaborate closely with our Regional Beauty care category and Fabric & Home care Category teams based in MANE Thailand.
• Prepare budgets and generate sales revenue to meet company targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Business Development Manager, preferably in the Fragrances or B2B raw materials/chemicals industry.
• Proven track record in business development achievements.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship development.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and regional environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset.
• Adaptable and resilient.

Reporting Line

This position reports to the General Manager Malaysia, who is based at MANE Thailand (Bangkok)
