Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Intern, located in Pasir Gudang. The Account Intern will support Account Executives with daily operations such as preparing e-Invoices, Credit Notes (CN), and Debit Notes (DN), keying in purchase invoices into the EMAS system, assisting with payments, filing documents, and handling any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

This internship position is available for candidates who can start in August or September 2026.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Pursuing or holding a degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
