Hiring Details

• Job Title : ACMV Project Engineer
• Job location :  islandwide (multiple sites), HQ at Admiralty.
• Working days : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm) & Alternate Saturday (8.30am to 12.30pm)

Job Scopes

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• Managing M&E construction projects and monitoring the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meetings and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issues for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Energetic, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn, have a positive attitude.
