M&E COORDINATOR

Job Description:

• Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and         oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation;
• Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design   development & detailing;
• To assist Project Manager for site M&E services planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections;
• To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule;
• To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval;
• To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices;
• Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years’ experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial and/or Institutional project
• Self-motivated, independent and goodinterpersonal & communication skills
