About the role

Sonic Guard Technology Co., Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in the Hung Hom Kowloon City District. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our market-leading security technology solutions. What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory

2. Conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the unique features and benefits of our products

3. Negotiating and closing sales contracts with both existing and new clients

4. Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and understanding their evolving needs

5. Providing excellent pre-and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction

6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies

7. Reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

1. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients

3. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach

4. Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices, including prospecting, objection handling, and closing

5. A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

6. Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage
