Job Summary

You will provide safe, punctual, and professional transportation support for company management and family-related duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining vehicle condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for company management and family members to offices, schools, appointments, and meetings
• Coordinate directly with management to plan daily transportation schedules and support overseas guests, business partners, and VIP visitors
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle through regular servicing, inspections, and fuel management
• Plan efficient routes and manage traffic conditions to optimize travel time
• Support occasional evening, weekend, or ad-hoc transportation duties as required
• Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and flexibility in all transportation duties

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience as a personal driver, executive chauffeur, or private family driver
• Familiarity with Singapore roads, traffic conditions, and navigation routes
• Good communication skills and a positive service attitude
• Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness at all times
• Flexibility with working hours based on daily schedule requirements
• Comfortable driving MPV vehicles such as Toyota Alphard or similar models

• Daily reporting location is in the central-west area of Singapore (vehicle collection point)
• Working schedule may vary depending on operational and family arrangements
• Preference for candidates with stable driving experience and long-term commitment
