Join a new and growing retail brand at the launch of our first store. The Store Supervisor will lead daily shop operations, support the sales team and ensure excellent customer service. Training will be provided on the company’s AI-assisted systems and tools to support sales and buy-back services in a technology-driven retail environment.

Job Responsibilities：

• Supervise and support the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

• Oversee sales activities and buy-back services for pre-owned 3C products and luxury goods with the support of company AI systems and tools.

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and buy-back targets.

• Monitor and manage social media customer engagement in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally

• Provide feedback and operational insights to management to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements：

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mobile phones, 3C electronics or luxury goods.

• Willing to undergo training with AI-assisted systems and tools.

• Knowledge of social media usage with awareness of compliance, data privacy and appropriate customer communication standards.

• Able to communicate in English; Native Cantonese, and Mandarin is a plus.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Willing to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.
