The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CSOC Associate to process client orders, support internal teams, and keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily client orders accurately

• Handle order-related requests from internal departments

• Update clients on order status and manage expectations

• Respond to client enquiries (phone & email) professionally

• Maintain accurate data in internal systems

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies

• Support office operations (mail, scanning, filing, supplies, meeting rooms)

• Perform clerical tasks, desk research, and ad hoc duties as needed

Requirements

• F5/DSE graduate

• 1+ year in admin, customer service, or sales support

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Fluent in English & Cantonese (written & spoken)

• Strong time management, organisation, and communication skills

• Detail-minded, flexible, independent, and a team player

• Works well under pressure and tight deadlines

• Willing to work overtime when needed
