Job Title: Operations Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Job Summary:

We are hiring an Operations Analyst to handle data processing and administrative support. The role involves managing policy-related data, ensuring accurate processing, and supporting regional teams in Singapore and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage policy data through the platform
• Perform administrative and backend operational tasks
• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and updates in the system
• Generate and maintain reports using predefined templates
• Support Singapore & Vietnam market requests and coordinate with respective teams
• Monitor tasks to meet SLAs, KPIs, and turnaround timelines
• Identify errors/discrepancies and escalate when required
• Maintain proper documentation and process compliance

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, data processing, or admin roles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to handle repetitive/process-driven tasks efficiently
• Experience in insurance/process-based environment is an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to freshers and candidates with relevant experience
• Comfortable working in a backend/process-oriented role
• Ability to support regional markets (Singapore & Vietnam)
• Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
