AI Software Engineer - Strategic Office - Toptier MNC 

One of the long-established Top-tier MNC with Global Large Scale presence company now is looking for an AI Software Engineer to join and work along with C-Level office.

AI as a core enterprise capability. We treat AI engineering like mission-critical software: secure, observable, scalable, and supportable.

We are seeking a hands-on AI Platform Engineer to join the Office of the CEO. In this highly autonomous role, you will build and operate a personalized AI agent platform that accelerates executive productivity and strategic decision-making.

This is a builder role focused on software delivery, not research or experimentation. You will turn cutting-edge AI capabilities into dependable, production-ready enterprise services while partnering with Technology to support our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

• Design Autonomous Agents: Build multi-agent workflows capable of planning, executing, and iterating on complex executive tasks like strategy drafting and market research.

• Automate Executive Reporting: Create data-driven dashboards that aggregate cross-departmental metrics for a unified view of global operations.

️ Software & Platform Foundations

• Backend Engineering: Design and maintain backend services built explicitly for heavy AI workloads.

• Infrastructure Management: Implement environment provisioning, secure secrets management, and automated deployment pipelines.

• Engineering Excellence: Enforce rigorous software practices including CI/CD, testing, version control, and clear technical documentation.

AI Production & LLMOps

• Deploy LLMOps Pipelines: Build production systems for model packaging, versioning, deployment, and seamless rollbacks.

• Integrate Enterprise Data: Connect AI systems to existing corporate data flows, avoiding isolated tool islands.

• Deep Observability: Embed comprehensive logging, tracing, metrics, and runtime health indicators into all AI services.

️ Reliability, Security & Scale

• Architect for Scale: Design highly available systems that scale predictably and maintain cost-efficiency.

• Secure by Design: Implement strict access controls, data protection, and network environment segregation.

• Operations Alignment: Partner with FML Cybersecurity and Operations to establish incident response plans and runbooks.

Key Relationships

• Internal: Office of the CEO, FML Technology (Architecture & Security), Data and Product Teams.

• External: Cloud vendors, AI platform providers, and specialist consultants.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years of Software, Platform, or Backend Engineering experience, with 1-2 years focused on LLM applications, RAG systems, or Agentic AI frameworks.

• Core Language: Expert-level Python for backend logic and data manipulation.

• AI Expertise: Experience with commercial LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and RAG pipelines in production.

• Backend & APIs: Proven building REST/gRPC APIs and working with data-intensive JSON systems.

• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD and infrastructure automation tools.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desirable Attributes

• LLMOps Tooling: Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, model registries, or LLM evaluation frameworks.

• Containers: Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.

• Industry Context: Experience in regulated or complex sectors such aviation , logistics, or transport.
