Job Summary:


7 months contract
Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to
6 pm; Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Location: Buona Vista


Responsibilities


Manage end-to-end
administration of training courses and programmes
Liaise with stakeholders on
scheduling, venue booking, logistics, and training materials
Track attendance, feedback,
and training records
Provide support for events
and meetings when required
Assist with special projects
and ad-hoc duties


Requirements


Minimum Diploma Holder
Strong organisational and
coordination skills
Good communication and
interpersonal skills
Experience in training,
events, or administrative support is preferred
Able to manage multiple tasks
independently
Proficient in Microsoft
Office applications
