岗位职责
Responsibility
- Full spectrum HR role, with a strong focus on foreign worker matters
- Main focus on payroll
- Maintain company vehicles, stationery and pantry items
- Plan and organize company events, e.g., team bonding, festive celebrations, D&D
- Any other ad hoc work
- Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with PRC workers
- Experience in construction sector and dealing with blue collar foreign workers
- Experience working in an SME environment
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution
- Must have payroll knowledge (CPF, SDL, SHG, IR8A, IR21, etc.,)
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (QuickHR, Info-Tech)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
