Job responsibilities:

Quality Engineer

• Lead in the resolution of customer complaints and quality issues, provide voice of customers to operations, and translate customer’s feedback into innovative solutions.
• Participate in the resolution of product or manufacturing quality problems.
• Manage customer and product regulatory compliance audit/visit.
• Participate in New Product Introduction and Qualification activities and establish the system, procedures, and specification to ensure product quality meets the specified requirements.
• Participate in internal audits to ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system.
• Initiate and drive for quality improvement projects.
• Reporting to the quality manager and performing all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Process Engineer

• Responsible for process yield and on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with customers and the execution of daily process performance, tooling verification, qualification, and product transfer.
• Review and optimize existing assembly procedures and develop logical steps to enhance manufacturability.
• Create and maintain assembly manufacturing documentation like process specifications, visual aids, manufacturing routes, and work instructions.
• Provide support for continual improvement of yields and product costs through elimination, simplification, integration, and automation approaches.
• To provide the necessary engineering support and coordination of pilot builds to ensure new assemblies are completed on time and with minimum resources.
• Identify and quantify quality problems with materials and/or processes and provide solutions.
• To liaise with SQE or suppliers on issues related to incoming material, process development, improvement, and first article verification.
• Perform GR&R and correlation studies for tools and fixtures used in the assembly process.
• Drive technical project tasks to completion in accordance with the project schedule.
• Expert in wire bonding and die attach procedures and processes.
• Performs any other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.

Test Engineer

• Champion calibration of all test equipment plant-wide.
• Schedule and implement preventive maintenance on all test fixtures and jigs at the backend test.
• Champion all NPI tests for all new product test capability.
• Maintain customer property checklist and calibration requirement at backend test.
• Work with customers to analyze all test-related issues and develop an improvement plan.
• Work with customers on new test software and firmware releases.
• Provide training to all test technicians in terms of hardware and software.
• Work closely with the process team and test capacity to fulfill the customer's requirement.
• Work closely with the product team to resolve test issues in production.
• Support the production team on all test-related issues.

Equipment Engineer

• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Diagnose breakdown problems.
• Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
• Design maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly.
• Work with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery in factories.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
• Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.
• Expert in wire bonding and die attach procedures and processes.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Experience working in assembly, SMT, PCBA, manual insert, and semiconductor manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
• Good in the documentation for process specification and work instruction.
• Good computer literacy, communication skills, and reporting of information and data.
• Positive attitude and ability to obey instructions from superior.
• Able to work independently and with the team.
