You will be assisting the Management Information System department to oversee the overall day-to-day end user support and administration/maintenance of the data center, providing IT network and desktop support. Other portfolios include end user application support, end user requirements gathering and new IT Initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day support and enhancement of the hospital’s information systems, clinical systems and ancillary systems
- Assist on the overall support and implementation of the main hospital information systems
- Work closely with the team to ensure maximum system stability and uptime
- Manage staff onboarding and offboarding from the hospital
- Ensure required accounts are prepared upon onboarding and removed upon offboarding
- Ensure proper account assignment for staff
- Liaise with external parties for required non-hospital accounts
- Work with vendors in project implementation, application testing, application updates in accordance to project methodologies and policies
- Work closely with process owners and users to integrate technical and application components to identify solution to meet business process requirements
- Identify, source and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions that add value to the hospital’s operation needs
- Update IT related asset and track asset movement and expiry
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
- Good technical knowledge in computer hardware and software installation, management and support
- Aptitude in problem solving with the ability to think out of the box
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good experience and exposure to latest IT gadgets, products and solutions
- Candidate with the following experiences will have added advantage
