• Lease Administration

• Prepare and review lease agreements, tenancy documents, and related paperwork.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Maintain accurate leasing records and update tenancy schedules.

• Market Research & Strategy

• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.

• Provide insights to optimize occupancy and rental yield.

• Assist in developing leasing strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate fit-out works and handover processes with tenants and contractors.

• Address tenant inquiries and resolve leasing-related issues promptly.
