A Day In The LIFE
Administration
- Manage general office operations including office supplies, equipment, facilities, utilities, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure upkeep of office equipment and pantry supplies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, company events, and logistics.
- Manage company assets including issuance and tracking of equipment and access cards.
- Liaise with external service providers (IT support, courier services, etc.).
- Assist with procurement activities.
- Coordinate and assist in yearly ISO documentation preparation, filing, and audit readiness.
- Provide occasional administrative support for project coordination with the partner company when required, ensuring efficient communication and documentation flow.
- Support management in administrative tasks as required.
Human Resources
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and staff attendance/leave tracking.
- Prepare HR-related letters such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support basic HR compliance and reporting requirements.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
