We are looking for a Social Media Executive who is highly execution-focused and detail-oriented to manage and support our growing portfolio of brands, primarily within the retail and F&B space
This role will be responsible for editing video content, managing content schedules, supporting copywriting using AI tools, and ensuring all published materials are aligned with the company’s branding and quality standards
You will be handling multiple brands under the company, so speed, consistency, and discipline are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and optimise content formats for different platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and others
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms using scheduling tools
- Use AI tools to assist with caption writing, content drafting, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Manage and organise digital content files with a structured system
- Support content creation for campaigns, product launches, and ongoing business activities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure content is delivered and published on time
- Write captions and copywriting for social media postings
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics
- Analyse data and generate simple performance reports
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor current social media trends
- Manage incoming messages, reply to DMs, and monitor customer complaints across platforms
