Sales Support / Sales Coordinator x 2 Headcount 

• Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm // 8.30am-5.30pm [ NO OT Required ]
• After confirmed entitled to 6 days WFH per month
• Location: near Clementi MRT
• Basic: $2,800 - $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus [ March ]

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as sales support, preferable in marine or engineering related products [spare parts]
• Product training provided by sales team or sales director from Italy.
• This role will mainly handle clients from Asia pacific, Singapore, Korea and Australia.

Job Scopes:

• Handle day-to-day sales administration such as preparing quotations, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Sales Coordination for the dedicated countries
• Coordinate with Shipping department on order delivery
• Quick response to customer's inquiries, claims and other related questions
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Follow up with clients on the offer and delivery
• Provide full sales and daily operational support to Area Manager
