Key Responsibilities
Travel & Event Operations
- Manage group travel logistics including flight bookings, ticket issuance, hotel accommodation, transfers, and on-site coordination.
- Utilize GDS efficiently for fare searches, group reservations, ticket issuance, revalidations, and cancellations.
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and suppliers to secure competitive rates and ensure service delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, incentive programs, and corporate events, ensuring operational excellence.
Client Servicing & Project Support
- Work closely with clients to understand objectives and deliver tailored travel and event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, costings, itineraries, and presentation decks.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Provide on-site support for events or incentive trips when required.
Administration & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, billing, and post-event reconciliation.
- Maintain updated records in the internal system and GDS platforms.
- Support reporting and feedback collation after project completion.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Events Management.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in MICE operations, group travel, or event coordination.
- Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo) — ticketing skills required.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing multiple projects.
- A strong team player with a client-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel and support event operations when required.
