Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the sales process, identifying and addressing customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will also include managing customer inquiries, providing detailed property information, conducting site visits, maintaining positive client relationships, and supporting sales-related administrative tasks.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, along with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in customer service and the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
  • Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with attention to detail.
  • Experience in property sales or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and CRM tools is preferred.
