Job Responsibilities
Own day‑to‑day Comp Reporting System (“CRS”) operations, including system monitoring, user support, access management, and issue resolution.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of CRS data and reporting; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Act as CRS subject matter expert, managing system enhancements, UAT, documentation, and audit readiness and adherence to LVS Global Standards
Serve as Finance representative and liaison for projects involving business units, IT, and vendors, ensuring Finance requirements are clearly articulated and addressed.
Engage NGO Finance teams to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support digital transformation while maintaining strong Finance controls.
Manage assigned projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through implementation, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met.
Provide technical and system support to NGO teams as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
Experience
Minimum 5years of relevant experience in Finance and/or IT functions, preferably within the hospitality or similarly complex operational environment.
At least 1–2 years of hands‑on project management experience, including managing system or process initiatives end to end (e.g. requirements gathering, coordination with stakeholders, UAT, and implementation support).
Other Prerequisites
Strong attention to detail with well‑developed analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid working knowledge of hospitality systems, including Point‑of‑Sale (POS), Inventory Management, Property Management Systems (Opera), and other related operational platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Visio.
